Tell us your phone model, the app version (in Settings) and what you were doing. A screenshot helps, but blur any names or numbers you'd rather not share.

- On the old phone, open Settings, then Backup and export, and tap Back up now.
- Send the file somewhere you can reach from the new phone, such as your Google Drive.
- On the new phone, install Puwesto, open Settings, then Backup and export, and tap Restore from a file.
If backup is on in your Android settings, your data may also come back on its own when you set up the new phone.
A QR sale says unverified
That's expected. Every QR sale starts unverified, because a photo can't prove money arrived. Open the sale, tap Check in GCash, find the payment in your wallet's history, then mark it verified. If it isn't there, tap Mark not received.
Deleting your data
Your sales are on your phone, not with us. Delete an event in the app, or delete the app to remove everything. Backup files you saved elsewhere stay until you delete them. See the privacy policy for the details.
